ProtectionsProtecting consumer data and private information is a priority in all aspects of our business known as Camden Hills Realty and/or www.camdenhillsrealty.com and expanding to our media presents, on-line media social or otherwise. 
Data CollectionData collection is limited. Largely focused on name, address, phone, and E-mail which is collected in the normal course of business. Such data and/or information is not shared, marketed or leased to 3rd parties. The data collected is kept in house and used in the normal course of the real estate business and only shared on an as needed basis with participants beyond the company who are working in support (Exampled but not limited to: lenders, attorneys, inspectors, contractors, appraisers).  
Web Site/CommunicationsThe web site (www.camdenhillsrealty.com) is meant for public consumption. The links are limited to information a consumer maybe interested in relative to a real estate transaction or area search. Any data collected or communicated between the agency and the consumer is in support of the normal course of business (Exampled but not limited to links to multiple listing services, syndications, area chambers of commerce). 
There is no content directed toward minors. The web site facilitates the real estate process. 
E-mails and various forms of contact and communications are sent in response and reply. A person can opt out of such communications by simply stating so either in reply, subject line, letter, text or phone, verbally or other means. Camden Hills Realty will comply immediately.
